ABSTRACT
Cusil denture is the simplified approach in preservation of teeth there by preserving alveolar ridge. It promotes positive mental attitude among the patients by avoiding extractions. It is a newer type of transitional denture. Cusil denture has elastomeric gasket which clasps the neck of natural tooth. This case report describes alternative method of making cusil like denture using soft liners.
